The Thornbury Clarksburg Rotary Club gave thanks to outgoing President Ellen Kalis for bringing new ideas and energy to her 2025 year. Ellen joined the Club in 2022 and has been an energetic addition to the Club. Her contributions as our media lead has been invaluable to our public image. She is also involved in running our Tux & Bucks fundraiser among other activities. We are thankful for Ellen's leadership this year!!
Incoming President Colin Clarke is a seasoned member, joining in 2017. He lead our Club as President in 2020 during covid, when in person meetings were disbanded and was able to accomplish much in the new online format! He leads our Poinsettia fundraiser, has served as Secretary, and is vital in running our popular Thornbury Turkey Trot. In the picture below, Colin made a point of saying he had BIG shoes to fill (size 22 to be exact!!)
