Thornbury Clarksburg Rotary is  EXCITED to see you this Saturday October 11th 2025!!!!

• 8:45 am Welcome (Beaver Valley Community Centre will be open to runners for 6:30am)
• 9:00 am Children’s Fun Run (see details below)
• 9:30 am All Races Start (see course notes below) rain or shine!
• Awards (Overall winners Female/Male, Age Category winners) will occur shortly after each race distance is finished inside the BVCC hall)

• Online registration is SOLD OUT this year. Not racing? See Facebook for runners looking for bibs. Use the Raceroster bib transfer system which credits you and bills the new runner. DO NOT e-transfer funds- Use the Raceroster system!
• Children’s Run: All children must be registered for the free Kid’s run & online is highly encouraged. Children will receive a Kid's bib & finisher’s medal!! Costumes encouraged!!

• Friday Oct. 10: 3:00-8:00pm at the Beaver Valley Community Centre Hall-           Due to high numbers we encourage Friday pick up!!!
• Race Day: 6:45am-8:30 am sharp                                                                              Yes you can pick up bibs for others! We will make a note!
• Children will be assigned a fun bib at the kid's registration table!

• Bring your water bottle-cups are limited -OR purchase a TC Rotary fundraiser water bottles on sale for $5. Tap payment accepted!
• A water station will be onsite at the finish area!
• Please be sure to use the recycling stations inside and out!
• Consider donating your medal: We can repurpose it for our kids next year!

• Participants with Strollers and leashed pets are encouraged to place themselves behind the competitive runners at the start line to minimize tripping hazards.
• Please keep pets outside and leashed at all times.

• Arrive EARLY to avoid parking delays. 
• Beaver Valley Community Centre, Baseball diamond parking lots and residential streets where permitted.
• Please avoid parking on Victoria street south to allow runners lots of room on the start/finish straight away
• Please do not park inside the barricades as this is our runners area
• Residential roads around the area do have parking however we ask that you not block any of our neighbours laneways.
• A few streets are under construction and closed around the community centre

• Course routes: please refer to Raceroster “Course” section. It provides the race routes and elevations for all distances. www.tcrotary.ca press Turkey Trot
• ROADS ARE NOT CLOSED-RUN ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD PLS.
• OPP will be on hand for safe supervision of participants! Please follow all road safety rules while on course!
• Water stations are near each 6km mark. Gatorade is available at our last 3 tables on the Half Marathon route!
• Start line (Victoria St.& Alfred St) All routes are a combination of ashphalt and hard packed gravel. See course routes on our registration page!
• Children’s FUN Run-The START & FINISH will be in the same location as the adult run/walk. Children will run around the baseball diamond areas to keep them safe and off the road. Parents are encouraged to join in!! No pets please.

• Beaver Valley Community Centre and Hockey Arena sides both have washrooms & On Course (Townline & Cemetery area): See course map locations.

• St. John’s Ambulance will be onsite.
• Course & Bike volunteers can support your basic first aid needs

• TC Rotary encourages you to fill out the online post race survey that will be sent via email in the near future!
